Authors should promise that there is no content in submitted papers that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, especially intellectual property rights. Also they should state clearly that no financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that can inappropriately influencetheir work. If there is potential conflicts of interest, authors must inform the editorial department with an appropriate statement including sources of support for the workand authors’access to the study data.
The reviewers should withdraw the review process if they cannot provide an assessment or they have conflicts of interest with the authors. Thus the editors can send the manuscripts to another reviewer.
The editors evaluate manuscripts exclusively on the basis of their academic merit and its relevance to the journal's scope. The editor should recuse himself or herself from editorial decisions if he or she has conflicts of interest or relationships that pose potential conflicts related to articles under consideration.
