      2015, 34(3):5-9.

      Abstract (847) PDF 732.96 K (1661) HTML (0) XML Favorites

Abstract:At present, the model, computing and storage resources cannot be configured to optimize the status quo in a larger area due to independent construction of sub-area's dispatching automation systems. The first level, public cloud service center, contains the province's model cloud and data cloud, and services to the global non-real-time analysis business. The second level are private clouds of sub-areas, which services to distributed real-time regulation business. The system architecture, functionality and implementation are elaborated, and the promotion of the performance and function of the system is analyzed.

      2015, 34(3):10-13.

      Abstract (764) PDF 591.97 K (2571) HTML (0) XML Favorites

Abstract:To improve the accuracy of thermal calculation for tri-sectional rotary air heaters, a differential element model has been set up based on the heat transfer principle of rotary air heaters and the characteristics of temperature distribution, considering the influence of air leakage. And then the analytical expressions of each sector have been obtained. At last, the fluid temperature and the mean temperature on vertical section of metallic heat accumulation plate can be calculated by means of iteration based on the analytical expressions of each sector. When 1000 MW tri-sectional regenerator is selected as computational object, the results indicate that the new method has high precision, and the calculation area can be divided as require to meet different demands of project. Also, this method can obtain the mean temperature field of the vertical section of metallic heat accumulation plate, which could provide temperature reference for analyzing low-temperature corrosion and ash deposition.

    • Application of Ultra-low Emission Open-cycle WGGH System in Sulong Thermal Power Plant

      2015, 34(3):75-77.

      Abstract (775) PDF 404.60 K (1477) HTML (0) XML Favorites

Abstract:Ultra-low emission requires that the gas temperature after desulfuration treatment should be above 80℃. Currently, the high temperature gas before performing desulfuration is used to heat the low temperature gas entering the WGGH system. It is found that when the boiler exhaust gas temper is high, the heat absorbed by the gas cooler is more than that needed for heating flue gas. Besides, large variations are also frequently encountered. For these issues, in this paper, we propose a open-cycle WGGH system, and the effectiveness of this system has been confirmed by field operational data.
