Abstract:According to SGCC's general plan of backbone UHV grid, UHV grid will be constructed in JiangSu power grid around 2012,which has great and far reaching significance to JiangSu power system. The impacts of the UHV grid on the operating and planning of JiangSu power system are viewed in this paper. And the paper emphatically analyzes the influences of the UHV Grid on the power flow,short circuit current,stability of JiangSu power system,and the influences of the UHV grid to the grid structure planning, supply source connecting mode, coastal wind power station development of JiangSu power system are also analyzed.

Abstract:An improved multi-objective NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is presented in this paper, which can find the well-distributed Pareto optimal solutions by using an improved crowding-distance truncation operator. Furthermore, this algorithm is applied to optimize and construct the nonlinear PID controller. The simulation results of boil superheated steam temperature control system indicate that the dynamic and static performances of the system are increased at a certain degree, and control quality is improved greatly.

Abstract:Since the IEC 61850 doses not particularize how to communicate in substation station level dual-network, several solutions have been proposed by the manufacturers in substation engineering. Based on IEC 61850 duplicated star topology network architecture in station level, this paper introduces some technical details of several solutions, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of them,also gives the application conditions of these solutions. Considering the reliability and performance, a practicable solution about station level dual-network communication is proposed.

Abstract:In the low-current grounding power system, asymmetry parameters could cause offset of the neutral point voltage, and even produce virtual earth phenomenon, which is similar to a single-phase grounding fault. Moreover, when the system capacitance to earth is changed, the charging change redistributes to achieve another new steady state. In this electromagnetic transient process, the current path to earth forms through PT and arc suppression coils. The direct current component leads to the PT saturation and voltage abnormality. Based on principles of these two aspects, this paper introduces an abnormal voltage accident caused by poor contact of insulating clamp on 10 kV bus. Reasons of the phenomenon are analyzed as well, which will have a certain referential significance to similar cases in the power dispatch.

Abstract:This paper deduces the calculation formulas of induction voltage current, as well as the induction and capacitance between lines. The factors affecting induction voltage and current are analyzed. The induction voltage and current of a 500 kV double-circuit transmission line is calculated using electromagnetic transient simulation. Results of simulation, theory calculation are consistent with scene measurement.

Abstract:According to one explosion accident of 110 kV cable termination, the investigation and analysis are carried out. Through anatomy analysis to the termination, the poor sealing technology adopted by the production of the cable termination is considered to be the main reason for the accident. Abstract:The design principles and implementations of a report system based on J2EE are presented in this paper. The report system uses JAVA language to realize cross platform operation. The design style of the system is similar to Excel spreadsheet and it is compatible with Excel. Meanwhile, the system makes use of several technologies such as three-tier structure, object-oriented data encapsulation to hold a good scalability. According to characteristics of the electricity meter system, the report system can generate various forms of real-time statistics, which provides data analysis function to make statistical computation. This report system has already been widely used in the TMR system.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the principle and circuit structure of stand-by system, the voltage variation of the low-voltage side at the condition that the high-voltage side loses power supply is discussed in the paper. Focusing on the problems existing in stand-by system, measures for the improvement of the system are proposed. The improved stand-by circuit can be operated successfully when the circuit of high-voltage side is interrupted at any single phase. The reliability of self-demand system is guaranteed.

Abstract:Considering the rapidity of differential action, TA breaking must be distinguished before differential action in order to achieve the goal of blocking differential protection. The recognition principle of TA breaking is introduced in the paper. Abstract:This paper introduces the application of time synchronization schemes in digital substation and compares the technical characteristics of them. Aim to meet high-accuracy synchronization requirement of new digital substation, a time synchronization system based on IEEE 1588 which can support sub-microsecond level of accuracy is put forward. The theory of IEEE 1588 is expatiated at the same time. According to IEEE 1588, this paper expounds three application schemes on time synchronization network in substation, and analyzes the limits of IEEE 1588 applied to time synchronization between substations. Lastly, an optimal configuration synchronization network is proposed, on the basis of integrating the GPS and IEEE 1588 technology.

Abstract:In the first stage project of 3 × 600 MW units in a power plant, the economizer ash handling system has been removed from the boiler system supplied by the former boiler factory. Some problems have appeared constantly since the units were put into operation. We decide to add the ash handling system to the boiler system after making some surveys. It conveys the ash to the flue of electrostatic precipitator inlet directly and then to the ash silo through electrostatic precipitator ash handling system instead of transporting the ash to the ash silo or electrostatic precipitator area.
