    Abstract:

    The present evaluation index system of distribution network planning cannot quantify both subjective experiences of experts and objective factors. The benefit demands of participants are analyzed and a comprehensive evaluation index system is built. A combination weighting method based on maximum dispersion and maximum coefficient entropy is utilized to obtain the indices weight. The proposed method considers both the prior knowledge of the experts and objective influence factors of indicators. The actual distribution network planning scheme is used for evaluation and verification. The case study indicates the engineering practice of the method. The method provides a reference for the planning and expansion of the distribution network.
