    摘要:

    随着电网互联规模的不断扩大,电网的电力电子化不断增强,给电网的运行可靠性带来了新的挑战。统一潮流控制器(UPFC)作为调节潮流能力最强的柔性交流输电(FACTS)设备,我国已经实现其自主设计、研发并成功投运于南京西环网。通过建立含UPFC的运行可靠性模型,并对南京西环网进行运行可靠性分析以及效益评估。算例结果表明,UPFC能够有效提高区域电网的运行可靠性,具有可观的经济效益。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous expansion of the interconnection scale of power grids,the number of the power electronics integrated to the power grid continues to increase,bringing new challenges to the operation reliability of the grid.As the equipment for flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) which has the strongest ability of adjusting power flow,the unified power flow controller (UPFC) has been designed,developed and applied to Nanjing western power grid successfully.In this paper,the operational reliability model considering UPFC is established and applied to perform the operation reliability analysis and benefit evaluation of Nanjing western power grid.The analysis results of the example demonstrate that UPFC can effectively improve the reliability of regional power network and positively contribute to economic benefits.
