    摘要:

    江苏某发电有限公司330 MW机组锅炉再热蒸汽温度长期低于设计值,除了影响机组运行经济性,严重时也会造成汽轮机末级叶片冲蚀。通过在低温再热器垂直段区域增加部分受热面,再热蒸汽温度能够达到或超过设计水平,在为企业带来丰厚经济效益的同时,也解决了低温再热器磨损问题,提高了机组运行的安全、经济水平,减轻了环境污染。

    Abstract:

    The reheat-steam temperature of one 330 MW coal-fired power unit in Jiangsu had been lower than the design value for a long term. It not only affected the economy of the power unit, but also caused serious erosion to the last stage blades of the steam turbine. Through increasing the area of the low-temperature reheater in vertical position, the reheat steam temperature can achieve or even exceed the design level, which could bring huge economic benefits for the power unit. Moreover, the wear and tear problems associated with low-temperature reheater were also solved, which could significantly improve the safety and economy of the power unit.
