This paper introduces the system structure and design principles of the digitization technology in retrofit of 110kV TongCun Substation, analyzes the main technical features of digitalization substation, some issues needed pay attention to in the construction、acceptance and operational check are put forward. Through analyzing the model and implementation process of the transformation of TongCun digital transformer substation, this paper gives references for digital substation building in the future.
