Abstract:A two-layer detailed optimization method is proposed for the allocation of energy storage capacity and location, combining the distribution network operation and planning. A two-layer planning model is established and the corresponding solution method is proposed. The configuration results are obtained by optimizing the solution. The allocation model takes the cost of active distribution network as the goal. Different cost-economic models were made for different energy storage investors, realizing differentiation goal optimization allocation. As for the distribution network with high penetration of distributed power, the proposed method can solve problems of low qualified rate of distribution network voltages and waste of renewable resources. Therefore, the reliability and power quality of the distribution network can be improved effectively.
