      充分考虑规模化电动汽车使用过程中受限于交通便利性、接入过程中不宜超过配电网接纳能力的问题,提出了一种区域范围内电动汽车充电站选址定容优化规划方法。首先,应用蒙特卡罗方法分析了有序充电和无序充电两种不同场景下电动汽车接入配电网的负荷需求特点;其次,构建了考虑交通便利性和配电网接纳能力的电动汽车充电站选址定容优化模型,并应用粒子群和Voronoi方法相结合的方法对其进行求解,实现区域范围内先确定电动汽车充电站的选址,后确定每一个充电站内充电桩的个数优化;最后,通过典型的北方城区实际案例验证,所提优化规划模型的合理性,以期为我国电动汽车充电站的规划建设提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Taking into full consideration the problems of transportation convenience and capacity of distribution network, a location and capacity optimization planning method for electric vehicle charging stations with a region is proposed. Firstly, the Monte-Carlo method is used to analyze the load demand characteristics of electric vehicle access to distribution network with strong randomness under two different scenarios of orderly charging and disordered charging. Secondly, a location and capacity optimization model of electric vehicle charging station is proposed, considering the transportation convenience and capacity of distribution network, and the particle swarm and Voronoi method are used to solve this model. It is firstly determines the location selection of EV charging stations in regional, and then optimizes the number of charging piles in each EV charging station. Finally, a case of the northern urban area verifies the rationality of the proposed optimization planning model, so as to provide reference for the planning and construction of electric vehicle charging stations in China.
