中文摘要:
      为解决传统交流消磁设备存在消磁时间长及所需电压高的问题,在分析换流变压器剩磁产生及传统消磁原理的基础上,基于改进的交流消磁法,采用SPWM波来控制消磁电压的频率,实现精确调节消磁电流的目的。研制了换流变压器消磁装置,搭建试验回路进行消磁测量,通过测量环形铁芯的励磁电流,验证消磁装置的消磁效果。试验结果表明,对换流变压器铁芯加载正弦激励电压后,励磁涌流明显降低,体现了消磁装置的有效性,为电力换流变压器中的剩磁研究提供一种新的测量及消磁方法。

      In order to solve the problems of long demagnetization time and high required voltage of traditional AC degaussing equipment, based on the analysis of the residual magnetization of the converter transformer and the traditional demagnetization principle, based on the improved AC demagnetization method, the SPWM wave is used to control the demagnetization voltage Frequency to achieve the purpose of precise degaussing current adjustment. The demagnetization device of the converter transformer was developed, and a test circuit was set up for demagnetization measurement. The magnetizing current of the toroidal core was measured to verify the demagnetization effect of the demagnetization device. The test results show that after the sinusoidal excitation voltage is applied to the core of the converter transformer, the inrush current is significantly reduced, which reflects the effectiveness of the degaussing device and provides a new measurement and degaussing method for the research of residual magnetism in power converter transformers.
