      2019年8月9日,英国电网发生大停电事故,造成英国伦敦在内的部分城市停电,影响人口100万左右,有必要对其事故进行总结分析,为我国电网的安全稳定运行提供借鉴和参考。对英国大停电事故进行了梳理和总结,重点对此次新能源电厂发生的振荡事件进行了针对性分析,总结了此次振荡事件所呈现的典型特征,梳理了其存在的遗留问题,并对以该事件为代表的一系列由新能源厂站触发的振荡事件进行了思考,分析了新能源大规模并网接入后电网振荡所呈现的新特点,论述了现有测量技术在振荡监测上存在的缺陷和不足,提出了采用宽频测量技术实现振荡实时监测的新思路,并给出了具体的工程实施方案,能够为今后电力电子化电网的振荡实时监测提供参考,为电网安全稳定运行提供保障
英文摘要:
      On August 9, 2019, a major power blackout occurred in the Great Britain power grid, causing power outage in some cities including London, and affected about 1 million people,it is necessary to find the reason to provide reference for the gird operation of China. The accident is summarized and the oscillation in the wind farm is discussed in detail,the reflection and analysis about the oscillation is presented considering the serial oscillation event, including the typical characteristic and the remaining problems cannot be explanation. The new characteristic of oscillation about power grid which connected a large scale renewable plants is described, the shortcoming of WAMS is demonstrated, a new method of real-time monitoring of oscillation based on wide-frequency measurement is presented, the scheme about implement is provided, it provide new method for operation and supervisory of power electronics dominated power system and can improve the security and stability of future grid.
