      考虑到风电和光伏预测精度伴随时间尺度缩小而提高的特点,建立了一种考虑风光不确定性接入的含风光出力旋转备用容量的多时间尺度机组组合模型及其调度方法。该调度模型基于三个不断缩小的时间尺度级,将逐级提高的风光预测值更新至风光出力等效负荷和旋转备用中,采用下级修正上级偏差的方式,对不同时间尺度下采用动态规划算法求解,获得逼近最大化消纳风光出力且兼顾传统机组经济最优化的机组组合方式。以修改后的IEEE-30节点系统为算例进行仿真计算,结果验证了上述方法的有效性和合理性。

      Considering that the prediction accuracy of wind power generation and solar power generation increases with time scale reduction, a multi-time scale unit commitment model with wind and solar power output rotating re-serve capacity and its dispatching method considering uncertainty of wind and solar power are established. Based on three time scales reduced step by step, the model updates the predicted values of wind and solar power step by step to the equivalent load of wind and solar power output and rotating reserve. Then, the lower level is used to correct the upper level deviation, and the dynamic programming algorithm is used to solve the problem at different time scales to obtain the unit combination mode which approximates to maximize the wind and solar output and takes into account the economic optimization of traditional units. The improved IEEE 30-bus system is used as an example for simulation calculation and the results verify the validity and rationality of the above method.
