      为了提高换流变用有载分接开关(on-load tap-changer,OLTC)状态诊断的准确性,开展了换流变用OLTC振动信号预处理方法的研究工作。通过对OLTC工作原理和现场噪声的分析,提出基于维纳滤波器的OLTC振动信号降噪方法和基于Teager能量算子-双门限法的OLTC振动信号阶段划分方法。在降噪方面,通过驱动电机电流信号划分噪声段和带噪信号段,基于噪声和带噪信号的频谱特征构建维纳滤波器,通过与降噪前的振动信号和其它降噪方法的比较,验证了本方法的有效性;在阶段划分方面,通过Teager能量算子放大了振动脉冲与低频噪声的差异,通过对比观察法与本方法在端点提取时存在的误差,验证了本方法的有效性。基于本文提出的振动信号预处理方法,可为OLTC状态诊断提供高信噪比的振动信号和振动阶段信息。

      In order to improve the accuracy of converter transformer's on-load tap-changer (OLTC) state diagnosis, the research work of OLTC vibration signal pre-processing method is carried out. Based on the analysis of OLTC working principle and on-site noise, the OLTC vibration signal denoising method based on Wiener filter and the OLTC vibration signal phase division method based on Teager energy operator-double threshold method are proposed. In terms of noise reduction, the noise segment and the noisy signal segment are divided by the motor current signal, and the Wiener filter is constructed based on the spectral features of the pure noise and the noisy signal, and compared with the vibration signal before noise reduction and other noise reduction methods, The effectiveness of the method is verified. As for division, the difference between the vibration pulse and the low frequency noise is amplified by the Teager energy operator. The validity of the method is verified by the comparison between the observation method and the method. Based on the vibration signal preprocessing method proposed in this paper, it can provide high signal-to-noise ratio vibration signal and vibration phase information for OLTC state diagnosis.
