      风光火打捆多直流弱送端电网新能源和直流外送占比大、惯量水平较低,交流网架承载能力不强,频率、电压稳定问题突出。文中分析了当前西北电网安全运行面临的问题和风险,提出了风光火打捆直流外送电网安全稳定防御系统(简称防御系统)的构建方案。阐述了防御系统的主要功能和重点突破的关键技术。评估效果表明,防御系统建成后可有效应对特高压直流的故障冲击,有效阻断连锁反应,提升西北电网的安全稳定运行水平。#$NL关键词:风光火打捆;西北电网;特高压直流;直流群;弱送端;安全稳定;防御系统
英文摘要:
      In the sending system of wind-PV-thermal-bundled power grid transmitted by multi-DC, the new energy and DC transmission proportion is large and the inertia level is low, the carrying capacity of AC grid structure is not strong and the stability issues of frequency and voltage are prominent. This paper analyzes the problems and risks during security operation of the northwest power grid, and puts forward the security and stability defense system (defense system) construction scheme of wind-PV-thermal-bundled power grid DC transmission. Besides, this paper expounds the main functions of defense system and the key technology of major breakthrough. The evaluation effect shows that the defense system can effectively deal with the fault impact of UHVD, block the cascading faults, and improve the security and stability level of the northwest power grid operation.#$NLKeywords: Wind-Photovoltaic-Thermal power bundling; Northwest Power Grid; UHVDC; DC-group; Weak sending-end; security and stability; defense system
