      直流输送容量占受端系统负荷规模的比重不断增大,对常规机组替换效应持续增强,大容量直流闭锁后,对于受端电网,常规的控制措施几乎已经用尽,需挖掘利用新的控制资源与手段,将分散性海量电力用户可中断负荷单元集中起来进行毫秒级精准负荷控制,将切负荷控制方式从传统的集中切变电站负荷线路方式转变为快速精准控制用户可中断分支负荷线路。本文设计的毫秒级精准负荷控制系统提供了完整的解决方案,已在江苏电网精准切负荷一期、二期工程中得到了成功应用。现场实切试验表明毫秒级精准负荷控制系统满足运行要求。#$NL关键词: 毫秒级;精准负荷控制;可中断负荷

The millisecond-level precisive load control system designed in this paper provides a complete solution and has been successfully applied in the first and second phase of the precise load shedding in Jiangsu Power Grid.
